Evening Performance Training for Driven Athletes

Strength, speed, agility, and conditioning — coached with intention. Our performance program helps athletes ages 6–17 build real athletic ability in a supportive, structured environment.

Build Strength. Build Skill. Build Confidence.

Our evening Performance Training classes help young athletes get stronger, faster, and more confident in their abilities. Whether your child plays a sport or just wants to feel more capable in their body, these sessions are designed to meet them where they are and help them progress safely.

We focus on proper form, consistent effort, and real athletic development — not intimidation or “military-style” conditioning. Athletes learn discipline, sportsmanship, and how to push themselves in healthy ways that build confidence on and off the field.

Level-Based Coaching for Ages 6–17

TRAINING

Athletes train in the same hour but are divided into Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 based on focus, effort, and skill. This ensures younger athletes are never overwhelmed and older athletes are always challenged.

Each level includes age-appropriate strength work, speed training, agility drills, conditioning, and movement fundamentals that translate to all sports. Kids gain confidence as they earn their way into higher levels through consistency and effort.

A Positive Environment That Develops Real Athletes

POSITIVE

We keep training upbeat, focused, and encouraging. Athletes are expected to work hard, listen well, and respect their teammates — and our coaches model those values in every session.

Performance Training is offered Monday through Thursday at 5 p.m. and 6:15 p.m., giving families flexibility. Kids get a challenging, structured workout while parents have the option to train in the adult class at the same time.
