Our weekly schedule of group classes are geared with youth in mind. From general movement, to building strength, you can plug into one or more group class that’s right for you!
PERSONAL & SMALL GROUP TRAINING
We offer personal training to youth with child-safe & specific programming that protects their body and moves them in the right direction. Our options include individual and small-group personal training, as well as sports-specific training.

Meet our founder, Brynn
Brynn is a personal trainer who got her start during the COVID lockdowns. She started doing boot camps in her driveway during a time when gyms were closed and people were struggling to stay active. Brynn went on to provide nutrition and personal training services in Edmond, OK but started to realize that the children of her clients faced the same fitness needs. She became certified in youth fitness and nutrition, created an all-inclusive 8-week fitness and nutrition program, and progressed to speed and agility camps for youth. Now, parents and caregivers have somewhere to turn to for help in getting their kids healthy and active
