What is the age range for the program?

The age range for the program is 6-18 years old.

What kind of activities does No Limits Youth Fitness Offer?

We offer movement for the younger kids, and for older youth we offer speed and agility, strength training, sport specific training, and team training.

How often do I need to attend classes?

You can come to as many or as few classes as you like but we recommend at least 2-3 times a week.

What should I bring?

All you need is a water bottle and a good attitude!

What should I wear to a youth fitness program?

You should dress comfortably in clothing that you can move around in easily. It is also important to wear appropriate shoes for the activities you will be participating in.

How long are the classes?

Classes are 60 minutes long

Why is it important for a kid to work out?

Regular exercise for children has many benefits – it improves attention and memory, reduces the risk of depression, builds strong muscles and endurance, improves blood pressure and aerobic fitness, helps maintain normal blood sugar levels, reduces risk of several chronic diseases, including type 2 diabetes and obesity, strengthens bones, helps regulate body weight and reduce body fat, and helps improve social skills and provides an opportunity to interact with other kids with similar interests.

I have a medical condition. Can I participate in a youth fitness program?

If you have a medical condition, you should talk to your doctor before participating in a youth fitness program.

What if I’m not ready to purchase a membership?

The first class is free. We also offer “punch cards” which all you to participate in classes without a membership. Please call for more details.

Do you offer camps?

Camps will be held during school breaks and summers. Check our website for camp details.

Do you offer anything for the parents?

Yes! We believe that kids learn most by watching their parents, so for each youth class, there is a simultaneous parent class. We also offer personal training and small group training for parents.
