How We Train at No Limits

Training that builds strong athletes, strong habits, and strong families.

Our Training Philosophy

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Built on a Clear Standard

Every class at No Limits is shaped by the same expectations:
Focus. Effort. Respect.
These values guide how we coach, how kids show up, and how families grow with us.

Why It Matters

Kids thrive when expectations are clear and coaching is consistent.
Our standard keeps training structured, positive, and progress-driven — no matter your child’s age or experience level.

Levels Graphic

The Level System (Ages 6–17)

LEVELS

We don’t sort athletes by age.
We sort them by effort, focus, and skill — so every kid gets the right challenge at the right time.
Coaches place athletes into Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 and move them up as they show consistency and growth.

Level Breakdown

LEVEL BREAKDOWN

Level 1: Foundations

For athletes learning movement patterns, listening cues, and proper form.
We focus on confidence, control, and safe mechanics.

Level 2: Development

For athletes showing consistent effort and solid technique.
We increase strength work, speed, and conditioning.

Level 3: Performance

For advanced athletes ready for higher intensity and heavier workloads.
We train power, explosiveness, agility, and leadership.

Why We Train This Way

The Level System keeps athletes from being overwhelmed — and keeps older or advanced athletes from being held back.
It creates faster progress, better confidence, and a safer, more focused environment for everyone.
Kids feel seen.
Parents see real growth.

PRESCHOOL

How We Train Preschoolers (Ages 2–5)

Preschool classes look different — because they should.
We focus on simple movement patterns, balance, coordination, and listening skills.
It’s fun and high-energy, but never chaotic.
Kids feel safe, supported, and proud of what they can do.
