Our mission is to promote physical fitness and healthy lifestyles in America’s youth in a fun and engaging way. We believe that by getting young people started on a lifelong journey of fitness and health, we can help them avoid a multitude of preventable health problems.

Our vision is to create a healthier generation of Americans by getting young people moving. We believe that this can be accomplished through education, increased access to quality and enjoyable physical activity opportunities, and by promoting healthy eating habits.
Our Story
STORY
Meet The Gialousis Family -Mike, Brynn, Beckett, Mia, and Brady. Brynn started her online fitness and nutrition business for adults during the COVID-19 lockdowns, so their kids always saw her recording workouts and having nutrition calls with clients. It wasn’t long before they were asking every day if they could work out with her. It got her wheels turning on doing something for not only her kids, but other kids in her community. She got certified in youth fitness, started working with a few teens privately for personal training, held a few youth fitness camps, and No Limits Youth Fitness was born. Brynn is the visionary behind the gym, but Mike is the brains. Together they are hoping to pave a new path on how kids view fitness. Their goal is to help youth start a healthy lifestyle and passion for fitness at a young age that hopefully stays with them for their entire lives. Benny Floyd
No Limits Trainer
My name is Benny Floyd and I’m 22 years old from Edmond. I’ve always had a passion for helping people, from coaching basketball and hosting basketball camps to coaching swim lessons and swim team. I’ve loved it all. I want to help people of all ages see the importance and joy that can come from living a healthy lifestyle. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Youth Exercise Specialist. I’m looking forward to training and helping people reach their fitness goals while building strong relationships with them. I’m very excited and looking forward to working for No Limits Youth Fitness!

Kim Polhemus
No Limits Trainer
My name is Kim Polhemus and I live in Edmond with my husband and two kids. I started my fitness journey in my late 30s when I noticed my health was declining and I was tired of feeling bad. I started with simple workouts and saw big changes! Later I decided to learn more and I gained my CPT in 2021 and Youth Exercise Specialist certificate in 2022. I assisted Brynn with youth agility camp in the summer of 2022 and cannot wait to work with her again and help your family achieve your fitness goals!

Nate Walker
No Limits Trainer
My name is Nate Walker, and my responsibility is to serve as a youth & personal trainer for No Limits Youth Fitness. I was born and raised in a small town in South Texas, before moving to Oklahoma to attend college and play football at Southern Nazarene University. During my football career, I was the D2 Record Holder, Team MVP, 1st Team All Conference multiple years, 2nd Team All Conference one year, and Team Captain for 3 years. Upon graduating, I obtained my BA in Sports Management with a minor in Exercise Science. Growing up I was a 4 sport athlete, so athletics and fitness was a huge part of my life. I first gained an interest in fitness in early 2016. I started coaching family and friends, which quickly turned into a passion and since then, I have been dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient ways to meet my clients' needs. I believe this career path was obvious for me as I have a natural ability to coach and motivate people to understand and trust my process. When I'm not training, you can catch me near a pond bass fishing, or on the couch catching up on the latest Netflix Documentaries.
